PNF- Corrective Flexibility for pain and injury management
Here we incorporate PNF ( proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) a set of stretching techniques commonly used in clinical environments to enhance range of motion in order to improve motor performance and aid rehabilitation from pain and injury.
Theragun deep tissue therapy treatment is available as well.**
