Best Places to Train Outdoors in Issaquah Highlands

The Big Stairs

These stairs are by far the most intense spot to get a workout in outdoors locally. Take 30 mins of non stop stepping, lunging, and side stepping up those stairs for a great leg workout. I like to stretch at the top between sets of stairs.

Stair’s location/directions: from NE Park Drive turn south onto 10th Ave NE, the stairs will be on your left, located behind the Dick’s Sporting Goods building.

Issaquah Highlands Central Park Athletic Fields

is another great spot for outdoor sprints or running the track around the expansive soccer fields.
