The Big Stairs
These stairs are by far the most intense spot to get a workout in outdoors locally. Take 30 mins of non stop stepping, lunging, and side stepping up those stairs for a great leg workout. I like to stretch at the top between sets of stairs.
Stair’s location/directions: from NE Park Drive turn south onto 10th Ave NE, the stairs will be on your left, located behind the Dick’s Sporting Goods building.
