Trainer's notes: Bri is serious about her goals, so she has serious results. We cut all carbs out of her diet for 7 months straight. Now training for the 2018/19 season for a figure or powerlifting competition. She trains with me 2x's weekly for 1hr. We focus on strength,mindset, and macro tracking. Can't wait to see what's next :)
